Last updated: September 5, 2026This privacy policy explains how the Garage64 application collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. The data controller is the Garage64 application developer (contact details in section 7).
1. Data We Collect
The app may collect the following data:
• Car photos you optionally upload for your collection (stored in encrypted cloud storage)
• Photos you choose from your gallery or camera for AI model identification or valuation features
• Community stock-photo contributions you submit separately with explicit consent
• Google Sign-in or Sign in with Apple: your email address and, when provided by the sign-in service, your name or profile picture
• Collection data (brand, series, year, condition, price/market value, notes)
• Community data: posts you share, your likes, and comments you write
• Social graph: users you follow and your followers
• Direct messaging between users (DM); message content is stored end-to-end encrypted
• Device camera and photo library access when you choose to take or select photos
We do not use photo analysis for facial recognition or to identify people. Photos are used to identify diecast model information and related app features.
2. How We Use Your Data and Legal Bases
Your data is used for:
• Providing the app, account features, cloud backup, and sync across devices (contract / service delivery)
• Rendering the community feed and managing interactions (contract / legitimate interests in operating the service)
• Automated content moderation to help keep the community safe (legitimate interests)
• When you use scan, valuation, or similar features: sending the photo you selected to an automated image analysis service to identify model information and provide market estimates (contract / your use of the feature; separate consent where required by law)
• Processing approved stock-photo contributions as described at upload time (consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and UK GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time; see section 8 of this Policy and section 8 of the Terms of Use.
We do not sell your account, collection, photo, message, or community content. Limited device, network, consent, and ad-interaction data may be disclosed to advertising providers only as described in section 10.
3. Hosting, storage, processors, and retention
• Your account, collection, and community data are processed using secure cloud infrastructure operated by third-party hosting providers.
• Photos you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage and may be resized, cropped, or otherwise technically processed to fit app layouts.
• Automated image analysis and content moderation may be performed by specialized service providers. We share only the data needed for each purpose (for example, a photo for model identification, or comment text for moderation).
• Approved community stock-photo contributions may be displayed publicly on model cards in the app. The contributor's username may be shown in contribution and moderation interfaces.
• We retain approved stock-photo contributions while they remain displayed. If you withdraw consent or delete your account, we stop public display and delete or disable the image within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.
• We keep account and collection data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

4. Data Deletion, Control, and Requests
• Delete Comment: You can delete your own comments anytime by long-pressing on the comment.
• Delete Post: You can remove your posts from your profile page.
• Delete Account: Use the 'Delete Account' button on the Profile page to permanently erase your data (collection, social interactions, and account). You can also follow the instructions at garage64app.com/delete-account/.
• Privacy rights requests: You may contact taytekofficial@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data, subject to applicable law.
• We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
5. Minors and account use
Garage64 is built for adults and teens who can lawfully agree to our terms. We do not promote the app to children under 13 or aim to gather their personal data on purpose. If we find that we received personal information from someone under 13 without suitable permission, we will take steps to remove it.
Where local rules treat older minors differently, you may only register or keep actively using an account if a parent or legal guardian agrees and, when the law asks for it, provides any proof we must collect.
If you are a parent or guardian and think we may hold information about a child by mistake, email us; we will review the request and delete qualifying data.
6. Security, international transfers, and limits
We apply safeguards appropriate to the data we process. Because our service uses cloud infrastructure, your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under contractual and technical protections where required by law.
Any online service carries residual risk: networks and devices can be attacked or misconfigured. We work to lower that risk and respond when issues arise, but we cannot promise that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or lost in unintended ways.

8. Your rights (EU, UK, and EEA)
If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data in certain cases
• Request restriction of processing in certain cases
• Receive a portable copy of data you provided, where applicable
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests, where applicable
• Withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
For optional community photo contributions, you may withdraw consent as easily as you gave it by emailing taytekofficial@gmail.com, without detriment for exercising your rights.

9. U.S. privacy notice
We do not sell your personal information. Our use of Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, you can exercise available opt-out choices through the app's consent flow, device privacy settings, ad-provider controls, or by contacting us.
Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Submit requests to taytekofficial@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
California residents: we do not sell personal information. To the extent transfers to advertising providers are treated as “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out using the available privacy controls or by contacting us at the address in section 7.
10. Payments, subscriptions, and advertising
• Pro subscriptions: When you purchase Garage64 Pro, payment and subscription status are processed by your device's app store. We use RevenueCat to validate entitlements and sync Pro access to your Garage64 account. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Advertising: If you are not a Pro subscriber, the app may show third-party ads, including banners, through Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network, directly or through mediation or bidding. These providers and their advertising partners may receive your IP address, device and app information, advertising identifiers when available and permitted, consent and privacy signals, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad impressions, clicks, or other interactions. They use this data to deliver, limit, secure, personalize where permitted, and measure ads in accordance with applicable law, your consent choices, and device settings (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS where applicable). See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy. Pro subscribers do not see in-app banner ads.
• AI processing: Photos you submit for scan or valuation may be sent to automated analysis providers (such as OpenAI) solely to identify model information and provide market estimates, as described in section 2.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı ve Hukuki Dayanaklar

• Onaylanan stok foto katkılarının yükleme sırasında açıklanan şekilde işlenmesi (GDPR md. 6(1)(a) ve Birleşik Krallık GDPR kapsamında rıza). Bu rızayı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz; bu Politikanın 8. bölümüne ve Kullanım Şartlarının 8. bölümüne bakın.
Hesap, koleksiyon, fotoğraf, mesaj veya topluluk içeriğinizi satmayız. Sınırlı cihaz, ağ, izin tercihi ve reklam etkileşimi verileri yalnızca 10. bölümde açıklandığı şekilde reklam sağlayıcılarına aktarılabilir.

5. Çocuklar ve hesap kullanımı

6. Güvenlik, uluslararası aktarım ve sınırlar

• Zugriff auf Gerätekamera und Fotobibliothek, wenn Sie Fotos aufnehmen oder auswählen
Fotoanalysen dienen nicht der Gesichtserkennung oder Personenidentifikation. Fotos werden zur Erkennung von Diecast-Modellinformationen und zugehörigen App-Funktionen verwendet.
2. Nutzung Ihrer Daten und Rechtsgrundlagen
Ihre Daten werden verwendet für:
• Bereitstellung der App, Kontofunktionen, Cloud-Backup und Synchronisierung zwischen Geräten (Vertrag / Leistungserbringung)
• Darstellung des Community-Feeds und Verwaltung von Interaktionen (Vertrag / berechtigtes Interesse am Betrieb des Dienstes)
• Automatisierte Inhaltsmoderation zur Sicherheit der Community (berechtigtes Interesse)
• Bei Nutzung von Scan-, Bewertungs- oder ähnlichen Funktionen: Übermittlung des von Ihnen ausgewählten Fotos an einen automatisierten Bildanalysedienst zur Modellidentifikation und Marktschätzungen (Vertrag / Nutzung der Funktion; gesonderte Einwilligung, wo gesetzlich erforderlich)
• Verarbeitung genehmigter Stockfoto-Beiträge wie beim Upload beschrieben (Einwilligung gemäß DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und UK GDPR). Sie können diese Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen; siehe Abschnitt 8 dieser Richtlinie und Abschnitt 8 der Nutzungsbedingungen.
Wir verkaufen Ihre Konto-, Sammlungs-, Foto-, Nachrichten- oder Community-Inhalte nicht. Begrenzte Geräte-, Netzwerk-, Einwilligungs- und Anzeigeninteraktionsdaten können nur wie in Abschnitt 10 beschrieben an Werbeanbieter übermittelt werden.
3. Hosting, Speicherung, Auftragsverarbeiter und Aufbewahrung
• Konto-, Sammlungs- und Community-Daten werden über sichere Cloud-Infrastruktur von Hosting-Anbietern verarbeitet.
• Hochgeladene Fotos werden in verschlüsselter Cloud-Speicherung aufbewahrt und können technisch verarbeitet werden (z. B. Größenanpassung/Zuschnitt) für App-Layouts.
• Automatisierte Bildanalyse und Inhaltsmoderation können durch spezialisierte Dienstleister erfolgen. Wir teilen nur die für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlichen Daten (z. B. ein Foto zur Modellidentifikation oder Kommentartext zur Moderation).
• Genehmigte Community-Stockfoto-Beiträge können öffentlich auf Modellkarten in der App angezeigt werden. Der Benutzername des Beitragenden kann in Beitrags- und Moderationsansichten erscheinen.
• Genehmigte Stockfoto-Beiträge behalten wir, solange sie angezeigt werden. Bei Widerruf der Einwilligung oder Kontolöschung beenden wir die öffentliche Anzeige und löschen oder deaktivieren das Bild innerhalb angemessener Frist, in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
• Konto- und Sammlungsdaten werden gespeichert, solange Ihr Konto aktiv ist. Bei Kontolöschung löschen oder anonymisieren wir zugehörige personenbezogene Daten innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist, in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen, außer wenn das Gesetz längere Aufbewahrung verlangt.

4. Datenlöschung, Kontrolle und Anfragen
• Kommentar löschen: Eigene Kommentare können jederzeit durch langes Drücken gelöscht werden.
• Beitrag löschen: Eigene Beiträge können über die Profilseite entfernt werden.
• Konto löschen: Nutzen Sie 'Konto löschen' auf der Profilseite, um Ihre Daten (Sammlung, soziale Interaktionen, Konto) dauerhaft zu löschen. Sie können auch die Anleitung unter garage64app.com/delete-account/ befolgen.
• Datenschutzrechte: Sie können taytekofficial@gmail.com kontaktieren, um Zugang, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Übertragbarkeit oder Widerspruch zu verlangen, vorbehaltlich geltenden Rechts.

5. Minderjährige und Kontonutzung
Garage64 richtet sich an Erwachsene und Jugendliche, die unsere Bedingungen rechtswirksam akzeptieren dürfen. Wir bewerben die App nicht gezielt bei Kindern unter 13 Jahren und wollen deren Daten nicht absichtlich erheben. Erhalten wir Kenntnis davon, dass wir ohne angemessene Erlaubnis Daten einer Person unter 13 erhalten haben, entfernen wir diese.
Gelten bei Ihnen besondere Regeln für ältere Minderjährige, dürfen Sie sich nur registrieren oder das Konto weiter nutzen, wenn eine sorgeberechtigte Person zustimmt und gegebenenfalls die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Nachweise liefert.
Sind Sie Erziehungsberechtigte und vermuten Sie einen Fehler bei Daten zu Ihrem Kind, schreiben Sie uns; wir prüfen den Fall und löschen betreffende Daten, sofern angebracht.
6. Sicherheit, internationale Übermittlungen und Grenzen
Wir wenden angemessene Schutzmaßnahmen für die verarbeiteten Daten an. 2. Utilisation de vos données et bases légales
Vos données sont utilisées pour :

2. 数据使用方式与法律依据
Your data is used for:
• Providing the app, account features, cloud backup, and sync across devices (contract / service delivery)
• Rendering the community feed and managing interactions (contract / legitimate interests in operating the service)
• Automated content moderation to help keep the community safe (legitimate interests)
• When you use scan, valuation, or similar features: sending the photo you selected to an automated image analysis service to identify model information and provide market estimates (contract / your use of the feature; separate consent where required by law)
• Processing approved stock-photo contributions as described at upload time (consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and UK GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time; see section 8 of this Policy and section 8 of the Terms of Use.

• Photos you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage and may be resized, cropped, or otherwise technically processed to fit app layouts.
• Automated image analysis and content moderation may be performed by specialized service providers. We share only the data needed for each purpose (for example, a photo for model identification, or comment text for moderation).
• Approved community stock-photo contributions may be displayed publicly on model cards in the app. The contributor's username may be shown in contribution and moderation interfaces.
• We retain approved stock-photo contributions while they remain displayed. If you withdraw consent or delete your account, we stop public display and delete or disable the image within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.
• We keep account and collection data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

若当地法律对年长未成年人有不同规定，仅在父母或法定监护人同意且法律要求时提供所需证明后，方可注册或持续主动使用账户。
若您为家长或监护人，认为我们可能误持有儿童信息，请来信；我们将审查请求并删除符合条件的数据。
6. 安全、国际传输与限制
我们对所处理数据采取适当保护措施。因服务使用云基础设施，您的信息可能在美国等您所在国家以外的地区存储或处理，并在法律要求时采取合同及技术保护。
任何在线服务均有残余风险：网络与设备可能遭受攻击或配置错误。我们致力降低风险并回应事件，但无法保证信息绝不会以非预期方式被访问、披露、更改或丢失。
